Her Rodeo Cowboy

Finding her way to love.

Everything accountant Montana Brown thought she knew about love and marriage goes topsy-turvy when her parents split up.  Shaken, she heads to Mule Hollow, Texas, to stay with family and take a chance on an old dream; being a cowgirl. With all her might, she tries to resist the charms of a too-handsome cowboy. Luke Holden is going after his own dream of expanding his ranch. A wife isn't on his wish list. But the Mule Hollow matchmakers are fixin' to lasso Luke and Montana together -- with a little faith and love.

My Review:

Romantic Comedy at its best!!! I've read one other Mule Hollow Homecoming book and I'm going to have to hunt down the rest. They are such a fun read! The Matchmaking ladies are hysterical! What a great concept to frame a series around older ladies who are trying to draw young people back to their that they can marry them off and build up the population one baby at a time! LOL.

The romance is a perfect mix of tenderness and uncertainty along with a healthy dose of passion. Her Rodeo Cowboy is chalkful of laughter and love, making it a delightful read.

  1. Oh, I love Debra Clopton's novels. She hooked me with her very first book. I don't remember the name, but I can still see the big old pink caddie on the front. Always a fun read!

  2. I'll have to read more of hers. I like her style.

  3. I know which one you are talking about, Sandra! I have read most of them but still have a couple to get. Didn't even realize there was another on out yet, Kav, but this one looks just as funny! Sounds like a great story:) Thanks for your review! Will have to see if I can find it on PBS now.

  4. Who doesn't love a good cowboy book and this sounds like a fun read. Definitely adding this book to my wishlist to be on the lookout to buy.

  5. Next Cover with Luke on it from Mule Hollow Series ???????
