A Baby Between Them

GIVEAWAY

GRIGGS, WINNIE
A BABY BETWEEN THEM

For two months, Nora Murphy has cared for the abandoned infant she found on their Boston-bound ship. Settled now in Faith Glen, Nora tells herself she's happy. She has little Grace, and a good job as housekeeper to Sheriff Cameron Long. She doesn't need anything more—not the big family she always wanted, or Cam's love….

A traumatic childhood closed Cam off to any dreams of family life. Yet somehow his lovely housekeeper and her child have opened his heart again. When the unthinkable occurs, it will take all their faith to reach a new future together.

My Review:

This is the third book in the multi-authored Irish Brides series and just as good as the first one, The Wedding Journey by Cheryl St. John. I somehow missed the middle book, Mistaken Bride, by Renee Ryan but it's on order! Amazing how three authors managed to keep the continuity (especially the characterization of the Murphy sisters) while each wrote their own unique tale.

A Baby Between Them is the oldest sister's story and, sadly, the end of the series. Griggs did justice to the other two books and wrapped up the Murphy sisters' saga with a perfect blend of humour and conflict...and romance, of course! There's a sweet spiritual thread woven through it all as well. An ideal book for readers who enjoy a dash of Irish with their romance.
