The Cowboy's Baby Bond

GIVEAWAY

FORD, LINDA
THE COWBOY'S BABY BOND

An honorable cowboy...

Determined single mother Willow Reames has one goal: to reunite with her sisters and begin a new life with them and her infant son. But when she's unexpectedly stranded in the Montana wilderness -- with her siblings nowhere in sight -- she needs to rely on the kindness of Johnny Harding.

It's more than honor that compels the half Native American cowboy to help the beautiful widow and her adorable baby. The little family evokes his masculine instincts to protect them. Soon woman-wary Johnny is cradling baby Adam in his arms and offering to assist Willow in finding her missing sisters. As their hearts slowly thaw, can Johnny convince Willow to trust him with the secret she's keeping so, just maybe, they can have a future together?

These brothers live and love by the code of the West

My Review:

The second book in the Montana Cowboys series and I'm loving the fact that a new one is being released each month. No worries if you haven't read the first book, The Cowboy's Ready-Made Family. This reads beautifully as a standalone.

Johnny's nursing a festering hurt over a past betrayal. He's wary of women and their beguiling ways so he's determined to resist Willow at all costs. Only, of course, he can't. She intrigues him. Her infant son finds a special place in his heart. And they both need his help. What's a hero to do but forge ahead while trying to keep his own heart intact? Willow is just as stubbornly resistant to a happily ever after -- at least one that involves another husband. Loved watching them dance around the obvious. And especially loved the deep faith discussions that led to trust in the Lord...and eventually each other.

  1. I've never read a Linda Ford novel that I haven't loved. And she's so prolific, it's hard to keep up! Thanks so much for sharing a review for this new release. I'm definitely due to read another of hers. And she's Canadian, too, eh. :D

  9. I still need to read a Linda Ford book, but I'm not tackling her back list. That would take me foreverrrr! haha It doesn't look like I need to worry, anyway, because she's always coming out with new ones. :) tlhcoupon(at)hotmail(dot)com
