Reader's Choice -- Romantic Suspense/Mystery

GIVEAWAY

Spring has sprung!!! (in climates south of me, at least.) And that means publishers are getting ready to shower us with new releases. Everybody --SQUEEEP -- together! I am so excited.

So here's how this thing works: you recommend Christian Fiction with release dates of April, May or June 2019 (up to 3 a day) and you have a chance at winning one of your recommendations! BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details below before entering.

PLEASE NOTE: email entries are not eligible this week

IT'S ROMANTIC SUSPENSE/MYSTERY GIVEAWAY DAY!

To be entered the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Romantic Suspense/Mystery genre you would like to win.

Romantic Suspense/Mystery

A full-length story or novella collection where mystery is an important part of the plot. The hero or heroine (or both) are often in peril (more so in suspense). Can be set in any time period -- contemporary or historical. May cross genres such as YA, Amish and dual timelines.

How does it work?

Easy Peasy! Make suggestions in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.

BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES

Publication dates must be
April, May or June 2019
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions a day
BUT
they need to be made in
3 separate comments
(makes it easier to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track of
due to # of responses)
entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on somebody else's logon)
Open to International Readers
I'm all about spreading the good news about
Christian Fiction all over the world!!!

It's helpful if you include your email (using @ and . instead of AT and . to protect against spammers) but you only need to add it to one comment (per day). If you choose not to include your email it's up to you to contact me with your mailing address if you are a winner.

Draw will be held and winner announced on
Saturday March 30 2019

    2. I've read The Road to Paradise, but need to catch up on book 2 before book three comes out, isn't that the way of things for readers, always behind!

  3. I have 3 picked, but am only listing 2 as I'm not sure I really want to read the 3rd. Ha! Waiting for the others to drop by with their gems and then I'll add a 3rd choice perhaps.

    1) Now and Then and Always by Melissa Tagg (May 28) Labeled on Amazon as Christian Suspense & Mystery Romance so hope it works!

    2. Yes I saw she had listed it but didn't have time early to check for mystery element (met the hubs for lunch) I love a dash of mystery in books so this makes it even more exciting. I picked it for my contemp category so I'll just leave it at that since I already changed one, don't need to go too crazy, lol

    1. Hmmm....I don't think this one counts...it's not tagged as suspense or mystery on Amazon. The tagline is a bit deceptive but I think this one is more high adventure than intrigue. So, not for this giveaway but I sure am looking forward to reading it!

    4. Oh well, I was sure this counted because of this description on Goodreads "Abby sets off on a journey across England to marry one of the most prestigious gentlemen in the land—until highwaymen upset her plans and threaten her life." Then she pleads with Samuel Thatcher to safely escort her for the rest of her journey.

      Fiddlesticks! :-(

    5. Sounds pretty suspenseful to me ! I'm requesting it as well.. the Bow Street Runners are all about Romantic Suspense + mystery. ..

      Delete
    6. Sorry ladies, it's not tagged as suspense anywhere. The highwaymen seem to be at the beginning of the story and the catalyst that brings the hero and heroine together. After that it's just a cross country trek -- yes with action and danger -- but no indication of a mystery to be solved or a specific threat to the heroine in the trademark manner of a suspense story.

  101. Hi Kav, I am uncertain about these two genres ~ are they to be under suspense or contemporary, or either one? I do not know how to find where it is listed. Thank you! Kathleen ~ Lane Hill House

    1. Both these two tiles would fit in this romantic suspense category (if you scroll down on their Amazon page you'll see where they list the genres under Product Details) but they also fit under contemporary since the story (or part of it, in the case of a dual timeline) takes place in present day. Does that help?

    2. Yes, thank you, Kav. I noticed I put The Inn at Hidden Run in both. Should I replace one of them? Thanks for all of your care for each of us! Kathleen
