Reader's Choice - Contemporary Fiction

GIVEAWAY

Spring has sprung! (in climates south of me, at least.) And that means publishers are getting ready to shower us with new releases. Everybody -- SQUEEEPPP -- together! I'm so excited!

So here's how this thing works: You recommend Christian Fiction with release dates in April, May or June 2019 (up to three a day) and you have a chance at winning one of your recommendations! BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details before entering.

PLEASE NOTE: email entries are not eligible this week. :-(

IT'S CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE GIVEAWAY DAY!

To be entered in the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Contemporary Romance genre you would like to win.

Contemporary Romance

A full-length story or novella collection set in present day (1980 up). May cross genres such as YA, suspense, Amish including dual timelines.

How does it work?

Easy peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.

BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES

Publication dates must be
April, May or June 2019
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions a day
BUT
they need to be made in
three separate comments
(makes it easier for me to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track of
due ot # of responses)
entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on somebody else's logon)
Open to International Readers
I'm all about spreading the good news about
Christian Fictionall over the globe!!!!

It's helpful if you include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one comment (per day) If you choose not to include your email it is up to you to contact me if you are a winner.

Draw will be held and winner announced on
Saturday March 30 2019

    2. What a line-up! And all May releases...hmmmm....wonder if May is going to be the month for contemporaries the same way June seems to be the month for historicals. All looking intriguing -- especially that last one featuring a paralyzed veteran as the heroine. Good luck, Trixi!

    3. Yes, that's why I was so drawn to it!! If I don't win it, I'm ordering a copy. I just love when an author goes out of the norm for a story. We need more of that in fiction, I think! :-)

  13. This was an exciting find!
I knew Melissa Tagg had a book coming soon,
just didn't know when. Then I spotted it
on Amazon. It'll be out 5/28 and fits both
contemp and mystery catergory in e-book form
only, for now. Hope that's okay.

    Now, Then and Always
    how about this leader line,
"It was just a house. Just a craggy old house
in a hidden grove, shuttered and still.."

    2. I've not read Any of Melissa Tagg's books yet, and this one sounds like a winner :-) I tend to gravitate to more Historical or Suspense but I have discovered a few great Contemporary authors!

    3. Sqqqqeeeeepppp!!!! Melissa Tagg!!!! Sqqqqueeeeepppp!!!! That's a real find, Tracey and I'm sure it will be out in print too. Her other books from Larkspur have been. Good luck!

  14. I got up at 4am to use the restroom and started to hop on here then so I could give the scoop on Melissa's, but decided not to or I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. So Tracey, you beat me to it! I overslept! LOL! Anyway the author told me it would be available in paperback. But peeps can order it at a low price in ebook format now. So my 1st choice is:

    1) Now and Then and Always by Melissa Tagg (May 28)

    1. BTW Tracey, I WILL need your help tomorrow! Even though I love romantic suspense all my favorites have already released til latter part of the year. So be sure and beat me here in the morning. Bwahahaha

    2. Haha, Diane! I wasn't even that early today myself, an hour later today than I was yesterday!
We like the same books, I would have picked Denise's too, but was lucky to get an arc and it was my first book of the year. Love Denise!
I have my 3 mystery/suspense lined up, stay tuned ;) but I'll be watching for other myself

    3. Yesterday after church we were invited to our pastor's house & last evening we went to see my kids & gkids. I never go visiting on Sunday (especially twice!) - I normally take a nap! So in between visits I slipped in a catnap but boy, was I exhausted last night and slept like a log! lol I finally did find two mystery/suspense and actually a third as well, but not sure I'd like that one. So am interested to see everyone's choices tomorrow. :-)

      Delete
    4. Diana, I know what you mean by the Romantic Suspense books! What I want has either been released already or not until later this year. Maybe I'll have to mention the already released ones for Retro day :-)

Though, I do have a couple of Love Inspired books already picked out. Book two and three in the new True Blue K-9 Unit series set in NY!

    5. lol -- Getting up at 4 and thinking about signing on to beat the crowds with the Melissa Tagg news. Love the bookish enthusiasm! And did ya'll see Paula's suggestions above -- it includes a new romantic suspense from Revell. New to me author too. Woot! Good luck, Diana.

    6. Trixi, you have to put Melissa Tagg's books on your wishlist! She's right up there with Becky Wade, Denise Hunter, etc, IMO. Now and Then and Always is actually labeled on Amazon as Christian Mystery & Suspense Romance and Contemporary Christian Romance. So I trust that it will work for suspense day as well!
