The Bride's Matchmaking Triplets

GIVEAWAY

SCOTT, REGINA
THE BRIDE'S MATCHMAKING TRIPLETS

Marriage by Necessity

When mail-order bride Elizabeth Dumont's intended weds another, her only option is to take a job as nanny to abandoned triplet babies. Though she longs to provide a real home for her three precious charges, as a single woman she can't adopt. Until her onetime sweetheart, minister Brandon Stillwater, offers a match of convenience...

It's only for the triplet's sake -- that's what Brandon tells himself. Insecurities once drove him and Elizabeth apart, and now small-town rumors have made them man and wife. And though Brandon doesn't want to risk his heart this time, he's not sure he can resist the feelings that are once again starting to bloom for Elizabeth. But can he convince her that this sweet surprise family is more than just convenient?

Lone Star Cowboy League : Multiple blessings -- abandoned triplets find a home and bring hearts together in Texas

My Review:

Combine the Second Chance at Love and Marriage of Convenience themes and toss in 3 bundles of joy and you get hours of reading pleasure. The babies are adorable and more than a handful and I love how they drew not only Elizabeth and Brandon together but the entire town as well. In fact the town has a character all of it's own and the townsfolk are wonderful busybodies that drove me crazy and left me alternately laughing and fuming. And if they did that to me, you can imagine how Elizabeth and Brandon felt! Sweet, fun and satisfying.

This is the third and final book in the Lone Star Cowboy League - Multiple Blessings though it can be read as a standalone (I haven't read the first two.) However, there's plenty of 'read time' with the previous heroes and heroines so makes for a satisfactory wrap-up for followers of the series.

  1. This ticks so many boxes for me that the boxes have ticked boxes....LOL!! If that even made any semblance of sense :-)

I love all the elements this one portrays. Also, I thought there are more than three in this series? Or are there series within this series? I'm so confused, lol! At any rate, thanks for the review & giveaway chance Kav!

    1. LOL -- so I did some research and apparently there are multiple mini-series within the Lone Star Cowboy League series and this one is the last book in the Lone Star Cowboy League Multiple Blessings mini series. Phew! That's kinda confusing. I hadn't read the other books but since the triplets find their forever home in this one I just assumed it was the last of the series marked on the front cover. But there are a whole lot more Lone Star Cowboy League stories out there too! LOL

      Good luck, Trixi!

    3. That's what I thought! It is confusing because I have several of Lone Star Cowboy League: Boys Ranch. Then there's the Founding Years and Multiple Blessings and just Cowboy League. I'm not exactly sure how they all tie in together either. Whew...talk about a readers nightmare, especially for those of us there like to have every book in a series....lol!

    4. Yes -- and it's not like Harlequin to be that confusing. I did a search on just Lone Star Cowboy League and got pages and thought "whaaaatttt" and then I noticed the mini-series listed on the sidebard and they are all by different authors! Good luck with catching up on this series. LOL

    1. I agree -- cute cover. The only thing that would make it cuter would be to add triplet puppies. :-) Good luck, Cindy.
