Congrats and happy reading! Let's hope your library opens the curbside service soon - new innovations and policies/procedures seem to be ongoing. Distant cousin of mine, who is a library volunteer in her retirement community, told me they have one library staff person, in staggered shifts, and books returned are set aside, sprayed with some type chemical, and then held for several days before re-shelving. So far, so good.....
ReplyDeleteOur library has been doing curbside pickup for about a month now. It's been working great; I have fun driving up in crazy hats or costumes, just to brighten up the librarian's day as she comes to stash books in my trunk.
