My Review:

Definitely a case of opposites attract! Daniel's a heart-throb of a larger-than-life hero -- dashing and adventurous, a seize-the-moment kind of guy with a heart for the Lord and a desire to serve. While Blythe is...contained. Careful and wary and as opposite of adventurous as can be. But, oh, her back story!!!! And cue the fainting couch because the way Daniel approaches her with patience and compassion and a resolute determination. Be still my heart! What a stunning love story! And then there's the whole camp for cancer patients angle that brought even more emotion to the story. And I might have gone all teary-eyed over the epilogue which wraps up the series in spectacular fashion. (No worries if you haven't read the previous four Rocky Mountain Heroes books, they all read well as standalones.)

    I recently purchased the third book in Obenhaus's Rocky Mountain Heroes Series (Her Colorado Cowboy) after it won the 2020 Holt Medallion Award. You've made this current book sound even better. I got all swoony by your description of the hero. I'll definitely be working my way through the series to this one.😍
