My Review:
Nothing like coming to on a cliffside with absolutely no idea of how you got there! That's how this page-turning suspense starts out in all it's bullets flying, desperate game of cat-and-mouse glory. Phew! Readers might want to pace themselves for this one.
I'm always surprised by the never ending ways authors can spin the amnesia trope and Connie Queen does a great job of making it seem fresh and new. Made for such a compelling read as I waited as anxiously as Annie to figure out her past!
And having Riggs -- hello, FBI agent turned cowboy -- by her side through all the chaos made the read that much sweeter. Plus, this hero comes with a canine partner -- Aussie shepherd Shotgun who turns his paw at just about anything from babysitting to guarding to fighting off wild life. :-) Love the wilderness elements in this suspense as well -- it ups the danger factor! There have been quite a few LIS novels with wilderness themes lately and I'm liking it!

CANYON SURVIVAL is on my TBR list and can't wait to dive in reading Annie and Rigg's story (and let's not forget Shotgun). The cover screams excitement! Just know this is a page turner, read in one sitting books that's bound to give chills and romance thrills.
