My Review:
Whoa! What an emotional sucker-punch of a read! One of my favourite Christmas stories this year. Because I'm all about losing myself in the gnarly angst of an epic love story. Especially at Christmastime. With three cute toddlers running around.
And the surprising amnesia plot twist really upped the edginess and had me reading with a lump in my throat as Xavier falls in love with his wife all over again. Navarro did such a convincing job with Xavier's emotional battles -- I was totally riveted. He completely shatters Selena's carefully controlled life. Her tumultuous reactions -- mixed feelings and emotional confusion were just as gripping.
This is the kind of love story that you feel your way through. Left me teary-eyed and heart bruised. With a happily-ever-after Cheshire grin on my face!

A need-to-read story....because I need to find out what happened to Xavier three years ago that caused his amnesia and made him forget his wife & not be able to be a part of his kids lives! Sounds like it would glue you to the pages. I
