GIVEAWAY |
It's that time again -- when a bibliophile's fancy turns to new fall releases....and that means.....
Reader's Choice Giveaway!
Autumn Edition!!
So here's how this thing works: You recommend CHRISTIAN FICTION titles with release dates in October, November or December 2021 (up to three suggestions per genre day) and you have a chance to win one of your recommendations! BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details before entering.
PLEASE NOTE: email entries are not eligible this week. :-(
IT'S AMISH FICTION GIVEAWAY DAY!
To be entered in the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Amish Fiction genre you would like to win.
Amish Fiction
A full length story or novella or collection of novellas where the hero or heroine (or both) are Amish OR the story has significant Amish involvement through Amish secondary characters and Amish community. Can be historical or contemporary and cross genres such as YA, suspense or dual timelines.
How does it work?
Easy peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.
BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES!
Publication dates must be
October, November or December 2021
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions per genre day
BUT
they need to be made in
three separate comments
(makes it easier for me to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track of due to
# of responses)
entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on someone else's logon)
Open to International Readers
I'm all about spreading the good news about Christian Fiction
all over the globe!!!!!
It's helpful if you include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one of your comments (per day). If you choose not to include your email then it's up to you to contact me if you're a winner.
Draw will held and winner announced on
Saturday September 26 2021

ReplyDeleteA Christmas Prayer: An Amish Christmas Wedding Story Vannetta Chapman 10/12 (so far ebook only)
ReplyDeleteA Harvest of Love Marta Perry 10/26
ReplyDeleteThank you Kav for the giveaway this week!
Yes to all of the above -- hope Vannetta Chapman's book comes out in paperback too. Good luck, Tracey!
DeleteOh, I just checked Vannetta's and it's from a collection -- thought it sounded familiar. This is a case where the authors get to individually published their novella as an ebook but I don't care because I have the 'book' book!
Well, I am not trying to copy Tracey's choices but am looking on various sites, and still looking more, but there are not many upcoming Amish releases. Other than historical, it rather seems that way overall for the 4th quarter. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteA Harvest of Love by Marta Perry
A Season on the Wind by Susanne Woods Fisher.
ReplyDeleteA Christmas Courtship by Shelley Shepard Gray 10/21. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThat's odd...and a bit worrisome. Though I've heard that because of COVID and how it's affected international shipping there's slow downs in the supply chain. A cozy mystery author was talking about how it had the potential to delay print copies. Wonder if that has anything to do with it? Though there was also a lot of September Amish releases so maybe that's why.
DeleteAnyway, happy dancing over another Berlin Bookmboile book!!!! And funny that the cover is nearly identical to the first book with just a change in the dress colour. Silly maedal outside in the snow without her coat on! Good luck, CC!

A Christmas Prayer: An Amish Christmas Wedding Story Vannetta Chapman 10/12
ReplyDeleteDoes this one count??? Embracing Light in Wishing Bridge by Ruth L. Herne
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, good call, Jackie. I think Embracing Light in Wishing Bridge would count given the description -- Amish mother giving up babies for adoption -- adoptive Amish family -- even if the heroine has become an Englischer, it sounds like there'll be a good bit of Amish content. So yes, let's count it. Good luck!
