GIVEAWAY |
It's time to help me plan my New Year reading (and future giveaways) by recommending new releases (publication dates January, February or Mach 2018) and you have a chance to win one of the books you recommend! Remember to read all the details before entering!
IT'S ROMANTIC SUSPENSE/MYSTERY GIVEAWAY DAY
To be entered in the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Romantic Suspense/Mystery genre you would like to win.
Romantic Suspense/Mystery
A full-length story where a mystery is an important part of the plot. The hero or heroine (or both) are often in peril (more so in suspense.) Can be set in any time period -- historical or contemporary. May cross genres such as historical, dual timelines, Amish, YA.
How does it work?
Easy-peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.
BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES!
Publication dates must be
January, February or March 2018
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions a day
BUT
they need to be made in
three separate comments
(makes it easier for me to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track of due to
# of responses)
NEW - entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on someone else's logon) - NEW
Open to International Readers
I'm all about spreading the good news about Christian Fiction
all over the globe!!!!
It's helpful if you include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one of your comments (per day). If you choose not to include your email then it's up to you to contact me if you are a winner.
Draw will be held and winner announced on
Saturday December 23 2017
My other favorite category....Suspense! I know the one I really, really, really, really want to win over any of them....
ReplyDelete1. If I Live by Terri Blackstock (If I Run book 3) March 2018
Because I'm a huge fan/reader of this author....
ReplyDelete2. Kill Shot by Susan Sleeman (White Knights book 2) February 2018
Another "favorite" author....
ReplyDelete3. Oath of Honor by Lynette Eason (Blue Justice book 1) January 2018
teamob4 (at) gmail (dot) com
And just for you Kav to add another to your massive 2018 TBR pile because I know you love her writing.....
ReplyDeleteLethal Licorice by Amanda Flower Feburary 2018
I'm drooling over your list, Trixi! Sublime reading ahead for all. (And I'm squealing over Lethal Licorice.) Good luck!
DeleteI need to know if another historical mystery like The Lost Girl on Astor Street is coming out soon. Boy, I loved that one. Until then, here are my choices:
ReplyDelete#1 - The View From Rainshadow Bay by Colleen Coble
tlhcoupon(at)Hotmail(dot)com
#2 - Blind Betrayal by Nancy Mehl
ReplyDeletetlhcoupon(at)Hotmail(dot)com
So, instead of Blind Betrayal, for my second choice:
Delete#2 - Treacherous Trails by Dana Mentink
tlhcoupon(at)Hotmail(dot)com
#3 - If I Live by Terri Blackstock
ReplyDeleteThanks, again, Kav!!
tlhcoupon(at)Hotmail(dot)com
Oopsy -- Blind Betrayal releases in April so it's just shy of the giveaway guidelines -- Jan, Feb, Mar. So choose another one in place of that, Terrill.
DeleteI am sooooo looking forward to a sequel to The Lost Girl on Astor Street. I keep checking but nothing so far. Boohoo. I thought for sure it would be the start of a series.
Good luck, Terrill!
I'll fix that mistake ASAP! Thanks, Kav.

Eeeeppppp -- a new Shelley Shepard Gray!!!!!I love her Amish suspense. Eeeeeeppppp!!!!! And I'm pretty jazzed over your other two selections as well. Blissful suspense readerly smile....more like a Cheshire grin. Good luck, Diana.
DeleteI fell in love with this genre due to some amazing blogger friends like you, Kav. So now I'm hooked! LOL. Here's my list:
ReplyDelete1. If I Live by Terri Blackstock
justcommonlyATgmailDOTcom
2. troubled Waters by Susan May Warren
ReplyDeletejustcmmonlyATgmailDOTcom
3. His Risk by Shelley Shepard Gray
ReplyDeletejustcommonlyATgmailDOTcom
Glad I could play a part in converting you to romantic suspense! So many great books coming out. Your second choice though -- Troubled Waters -- isn't a suspense selection. It's adventure. There's a bit of an over arcing suspense about Ian's missing niece that's in the background of each book but it doesn't play a significant role in the plot and the hero and/or heroine aren't in danger from villians. Elements maybe but not villians. The author has this series pegged as Adventure not Suspense so I'm getting my info straight from the source. :-) Feel free to make another selection. Good luck!
DeleteI love Jessica Patch so this is my top choice:
ReplyDeleteSecret Sevrice Setup 3/1
tracey14567 at gmail dot com
Another go-to favorite writer, Shirlee McCoy:

promote Christian fiction!
Wheeee -- Jessica Patch! I am so in love with her writing. And yes, Shirlee McCoy is a must buy LIS author. And the next installment of Dana Mentink's series...sqqquuuueeeaaalll!!! You have me in an anticipatory reading tizzy. Good luck, Tracey!

Ooops ....meant to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Diana!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads up about Diana's birthday. I ran over to Facebook to wish her many happy returns of the day. :-) Excited about all these great LIS books coming out in the New Year and of course, If I Live is an absolutely must read as soon as it comes out because I need to get closure at long last kind of book. Good luck, Jackie.
DeleteJackie and Kav,thanks so much!! I had a wonderful b'day, but horror of horrors I didn't get one book as a gift. Gasp! I did get a lovely purse and some other nice things, but wouldn't you have thought they would have at least stuck a book in the purse? hehe
DeleteNo books?! Well, as long as the purse is big enough to stick a book inside! Maybe your loved ones know that Santa has the books covered already.
DeleteOR maybe they think I got tired of getting books! One can never get enough books, but that might be something they just don't understand! Gasp! I must make that clear to them before Mother's Day!
DeleteBwahahaha

I am so looking forward to Lethal Licorice. I get such a kick out of Amanda Flower's cozy mysteries.
DeleteKay, your second choice -- Survive the night isn't Christian Fiction. It sounds really good though. I checked and my library has the other books in the series so I'm going to try it out in the hopes it's a clean read because I adore K9 stories. I'll let you know what I think once I've read it. However, for the giveaway please go ahead and pick another book.
Good luck!
