Reader's Choice -- Historical Romance/Fiction

GIVEAWAY

It's that time again -- when a bibliophile's fancy turns to new fall releases....and that means.....

 Reader's Choice Giveaway!
Autumn Edition!!

So here's how this thing works: You recommend CHRISTIAN FICTION titles with release dates in October, November or December 2020 (up to three suggestions per genre day) and you have a chance to win one of your recommendations! BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details before entering.

**Special Note: In a bid to help bring more awareness to indie published books (which are harder to source pre-release date) I am going to include a list of indie books at the end of each blog post. If I discover more titles after this blog goes live, I'll list them in all caps in the comments.**

PLEASE NOTE: email entries are not eligible this week. :-(

IT'S HISTORICAL ROMANCE / FICTION GIVEAWAY DAY!

To be entered in the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Historical Romance / Fiction genre you would like to win.

Historical Romance / Fiction

A full length story or novella or collection of novellas set in any time period before the 1970s. May cross genres such as YA, suspense, Amish etc and may include dual timelines.

How does it work?

Easy peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.

BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES!

Publication dates must be
 October, November or December 2020
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions per genre day
BUT
they need to be made in
three separate comments
(makes it easier for me to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track of due to
# of responses)
entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on someone else's  logon)
Open to International Readers
I'm all about spreading the good news about Christian Fiction
all over the globe!!!!!

It's helpful if you include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one of your comments (per day). If you choose not to include your email then it's up to you to contact me if you're a winner.

Draw will held and winner announced on
Saturday September 26 2020

    1. I've never read anything by Lucy Nel either but I aim to. The Kissing Tree sounds like so much fun and what great authors in that collection! I'm behind on Connilyn Cossette though and feeling guilty because this looks like the first in a new series. so many books so little time!

Love that you have preordered Lorna's. I love her books and its been a while since she had a full length one out. She's done a number of novella collections though.

      Good luck, Tracey!

  13. I second what Tracey said - Yay for Historical Day! There are some really good authors with 4th quarter releases.

Her Secret Song by Mary Connealy, October. Ironic timing - the premise behind that series, with the father being afraid of illness/epidemics and the family isolated on the mountain. Thanks!

    1. Yikes, but I'm for some Jen Turano comedy. I think I'm all caught up with her now so looking forward to that Nov release. And Mary Connealy's too -- have enjoyed this series and have been anticipating this third book. For some reason I thought it was coming out in the new year. Happy news for me. Good luck, CC!

    1. Whoa -- you found another, though it's not clear if it's historical or not. The tags on Amazon say contemporary but the blurb says 1940's so I'm thinking maybe a bit of a dual timeline? Whatever it is, it sounds fabulous and it's a debut! We'll just have to read it to see how historical it is. lol Good luck, Kathleen!

    2. "The Dress Shop on King Street is a novel that will sweetly tug you into a story line that flows seamlessly between two times, only to intertwine in beautiful ways. Page by page, secret by secret, moment by moment, a story is woven of love lost and found, hopes and dreams restored."--CARA PUTMAN

Yes, duel-timeline ~ love those! Kathleen
