  1. First book on the very tippy top for me

#1: A Matter of Trust by Susan May Warren

I've read the first two Montana rescue series and this is a no-brainer, lol!

    1. The only one I knew about is Sweet Briar Cottage...but can I just say that the cover for A Matter of Trust is truly scary? If it wasn't Susan May Warren I probably wouldn't pick it up. LOL There's just something about that guy that screams yoga gurur in lalaland to me. LOL Good luck, Trixi.

    2. Haha, Kav! The guy on the cover was an early working cover. He isn't the guy on the final cover, so rest easy

      Delete
    3. Oh dear forgive me the slip of the mind! I was going to mention that they changed the cover model to a different hero. If you go to CBD.com you'll see the original guy on the cover. Frankly, I LOVE the original guy, he looks more like I imagined Gage to look like. I'm part of Susan's reader group (though she doesn't provide early copies), and she made mention of the cover change. That's how I knew. The second guy is much too serious and ominous looking for my tastes...lol!

      Delete
    4. P.S. The second guy on the cover I saw on Amazon...and of course when I go to find it, it's not there...sigh! In any case, I don't care for the second cover model!

    5. You guys are so in the know! I'm impressed by your cub reporter skills...or maybe more like author paparazzi? LOL

    2. I found it on Goodreads and it just says "expected publication August 2017". It's indie published I believe so that's probably why it's not on retailer sites yet.

    3. Thanks for that info, Heidi! So then yes, this one will work if you're okay with the iffy release date...and it may only be in ebook format if it's indie. I hope not!

Thanks for the giveaways this week. I love finding out what everyone will be reading this summer.

Btw; I didn't pick Sweetbriar Cottage by Denise Hunter because I already read it. It's on my favorite books of the year list with Rachel Hauck's from yesterday. A little different from her other books in that it deals with a couple who've already been married and then divorced...kind of divorced. Don't miss it, super good!
