GIVEAWAY |
Spring has sprung! (in climates south of me, at least.) And that means publishers are getting ready to shower us with new releases. Everybody -- SQUEEEPPP -- together! I'm so excited!
So here's how this thing works: You recommend Christian Fiction with release dates in April, May or June 2018 (up to three a day) and you have a chance at winning one of your recommendations! BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details before entering.
PLEASE NOTE: email entries are not eligible this week. :-(
IT'S CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE GIVEAWAY DAY!
Contemporary Romance
A full-length story or novella collection set in present day (1980 up). May cross genres such as YA, suspense, Amish including dual timelines.
How does it work?
Easy peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.
BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES
Publication dates must be
April, May or June 2018
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions a day
BUT
they need to be made in
three separate comments
(makes it easier for me to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track of
due ot # of responses)
NEW - entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on somebody else's logon) - NEW
Open to International Readers
I'm all about spreading the good news about
Christian Fictionall over the globe!!!!
It's helpful if you include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one comment (per day) If you choose not to include your email it is up to you to contact me if you are a winner.
Draw will be held and winner announced on
Sunday March 25 2018
Good morning, fellow book lovers. :-)
ReplyDelete1) Falling for You by Becky Wade (May1)
dianalflowers(at)aol(dot)com
2) Honeysuckle Dreams by Denise Hunter (May 1)
ReplyDeleteGreat choice Diane! I read a review copy, of the 21 of Denise's books I've read this is in the top 3 along with Dancing With Fireflies and The Goodbye Bride! My fav in this series.
DeleteTracey, Dancing with Fireflies was my fave. I still haven't seen the movie they made on Hallmark of The Goodbye Bride. Shame on me! Glad to know Honeysuckle Dreams is so good. REALLY excited to read it now!
DeleteWow -- can't wait to read Honeysuckle Dreams now! I adore an emotional read and this one sounds like it will deliver. Must stock up on tissues before May. lol
DeleteI love books that take me on an emotional roller coaster, too! Sounds like a definite tissue alert here.
Delete3) Just Let Go by Courtney Walsh (love the cover!) (June 5)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kav! Anxious to see everyone else's suggestions!
I'm not surprised about the Becky Wade book, Diana, because you pointed that one out during the last Reader's Choice as an almost contender but for a month. lol
DeleteI still haven't read Hometown Girl by Courtney Walsh and here's another one looming on the horizon. I must get my act together before June! Good luck!!!
I found plenty of almost contenders in this search as well. Wahhh... sniff sniff.
DeleteI know -- some interesting stuff coming out in July!
DeleteGood Morning from wet and rainy Virginia!
ReplyDeleteA great day to snuggle up with a good book :)
1)Falling for You by Becky Wade 5/1
Bradford sisters-Willow and Corbin get their story!
tracey14567 at gmail dot com
2) Things I Never Told You 5/8
ReplyDeleteBeth Vogt has a new book, exciting!
3)Where Hope Begins by Catherine West 5/22
ReplyDeleteI had a hard time picking the third book, is was a toss up between this one and Just Let Go (who has a guy named Quinn and that gorgeous cover) but in the end I chose West's book, she had me at her "ancient gardens and musty bookstores of the small town she sought refuge in" description. Saving Courtney's book for Friday :)
It never rains but it pours when it comes to fantastic spring book releases! How can we bear to choose one title over another?! lol
DeleteI'm sooo excited for Willow and Corbin's story!!! I want to know what all the angst is about! And Beth Vogt's and Catherine West's books are now on my radar thanks to you. Woot! Love both these authors. And I'm happy to go musty bookstore browsing with any heroine. :-) Good luck, Tracey.
Another one out May 1st I can recommend is Susan May Warren's Storm Front. Ty Remington is my new fav Montana Rescue hero!
DeleteOOoohhhh -- I don't have the last Montana Rescue books yet....waiting impatiently for my number to come up on the hold list at the library. And now I'm intrigued by Ty and why Brette left him a year ago if he's your favourite Montana Rescue hero. What was she thinking? That she wanted her own novel, I guess. lol Thanks for the tip. Details have been recorded.
DeleteAll will be revealed...and it makes sense to her own wounded soul. He's my favorite type of hero because when he loves you he will NEVER give up on you. And we'll pray for you, swoon. I may have just talked myself into a reread, lol.
DeleteJust checked the library and they've processed Troubled Waters and my hold will be available soon. Eeeepppp! So I'll be ready for Ty. Swoon.
DeleteYay!! I know this is a spring thing, but you can go over to Amazon and check out Pete and Jess's story Wait For Me is up!
DeleteWowzer!!! That one sounds gripping and there's even a bit of suspense it looks like.Woot!
DeleteOh my! Yesterday I could only find one historical book on my wish list... but today - so many great books to choose from!! What to pick what to pick ;)

DeleteEep! Squeal! Squeep!
DeleteBooks make my heart leap
And my eyes weep
While they steal my sleep
Eep! Squeal! Squeep!

We'll thump her on the head til she's lying in a heap
And can make up her mind whose heart she needs to keep!
Eep! Squeal! Squeep!
What a great rap! We'll be famous and make lotsa money! To buy even more books! :-)

I've only read a novella by Kristin Billerbeck so this one intrigues me too. And yes to Becky Wade cover love!!!! I'd love to wallpaper one whole wall in my study with beautiful book covers but I can't bring myself to do it because it would mean defacing a book. Gasp! Good luck, Trixi.
DeleteKav, you could always print out a copy of the book cover and use that to wallpaper with :-)
DeleteI admit, sometimes I base a must-read book solely by the cover....gasp!
Now there's a thought -- but it would cost a fortune!

They called their little promontory Pelican Point, and it looked quite a bit like the picture on the front of the book. I'm tickled every time I see the cover of the book!
