Reader's Choice -- Romantic Suspense / Mystery

GIVEAWAY

Eeeep! The start of a New Year means the beginning of new fictional adventures and that means...

Reader's Choice Giveaway!
New Year's Edition!!

So here's how this things works: You recommend CHRISTIAN FICTION titles with release dates in January, February or March 2021 (up to three suggestions per genre day) and you have a chance to win one of your recommendations! BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details before entering.

PLEASE NOTE: email entries are not eligible this week :-(

It's ROMANTIC SUSPENSE / MYSTERY
GIVEAWAY DAY

To be entered in the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Romantic Suspense / Mystery genre you would like to win.

Romantic Suspense / Mystery Fiction -- a full length story or novella or collection of novellas where mystery is an important part of the plot. The hero or heroine (or both) are often in peril (more so in suspense.) Can be set in any time period -- contemporary or historical -- and cross genres such as YA, Amish or dual timelines.

How does it work?

Easy peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.

BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES!

Publications dates must be
January, February or March 2021
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions
per genre day
BUT
they need to be made in
three separate comments
(makes it easier to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track due to
# of responses)
entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on someone else's login)
Open to International Readers
(I'm all about spreading the good news
about Christian Fiction far and wide)

It's helpful if you include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one of your comments (per day). If you choose not to include your email then it's up to you to contact me if you're a winner.

Draw will be held and winner announced on
Saturday January 2 2021

    1. I didn't realize that Sarah Sundin's novel is a standalone. I'm used to her doing a series. It sounds really intriguing. So do you other two choices. I have The Thief of Blackfriars Lane on audible preorder and I might just wake up at midnight to get started. lol Good luck, Kathleen!

    1. Yikes! I haven't read the second book in Lynette Eason's series yet. Better get cracking! I've read both Night Vision and Night Fall in Susan Sleeman's series and I can't get enough of these brothers! The way she meshes the brotherly goofiness with their distinct personalities and no nonsense professional demeanours is absolutely amazing! And the perfect balance between romance and suspense and developing relationships and letting readers get to know the whole family. I'm so excited for this third book! I'll have to wait a bit though for it to come out in audible. I started the series that way and I like to continue in the same format. :-) Good luck, Diana! Hope you are feeling better.

    2. So many books, so little time. 😧 I can't keep up! You've totally talked me into the "brother" series. I think it's time I met them. ;-) Thanks, Kav. Some better since it's warmed up a bit. Chiropractor tomorrow...

    1. This one came up on my audible coming releases list. I'm gobsmacked at the number of cozy mysteries Amanda Flower's is writing at the same time! There's the matchmaking Amish one, the candy shop Amish one, the new PI one and now this! I'll happily read them but I don't know how she keeps all the characters straight in her head never mind the murders. Oh -- forgot one -- the Scottish garden mysteries! Good luck, Lori!

  35. I have not read as much suspense this year, I think because 2020 has been enough of that genre in real life...yikes! Here's praying for a better 2021!

My three choices are as follows:
    1. Obsession by Patricia Bradley (Natchez Trace Park Rangers book 2).

I SO enjoyed the first one and look forward to this one just as much!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Because I read "Desert Rescue" by Lisa Phillips and want to read the next two books in this new K-9 Search + Rescue series:

    2. Trailing a Killer by Carol Post~ February

    ReplyDelete
  37. And the third book in the same series:

    3. Mountain Survival by Christy Barritt~ March

At least with these ones, there's not much time between releases. :-)

    1. So true about 2020! I still found ways to escape in a suspense novel but I couldn't read any dystopian stuff. :-) I really like the park ranger angle of Patricia Bradley's series and am really looking forward to that one too.

I didn't realize LIS had a new K-9 series started! Gah! Something went awry with my December order. I ordered it the first Friday of the month and they didn't fill it for three weeks -- thinking COVID issues in the warehouse maybe? But I finally got notification it was shipped and was supposed to be delivered today but the mail truck went buy an hour ago and didn't stop for me. :-( Shaking myself out of my pity party to wish you good luck!

    2. Desert Rescue doesn't officially release until January, but I was an early reader for Lisa.

Here's crossing my fingers & toes you will soon have your order to delve into! I'm certain you will enjoy this new series for the four-legged officers, though Patrick Sanders in Desert Rescue is a very interesting officer of the two-legged variety! 😉💖
