You know the drill: winners will be contacted if they left their email address. Otherwise it's up to the winner to contact me at kavluvstoreadATyahooDOTca with your mailing address. From time to time a winner and I do not connect so I have a one month time frame on giveaway wins. If I haven't been able to reach you within 30 days of your win, it will be forfeited. This has happened a few times now so, please, DON'T BE SHY -- CONTACT ME IF YOU DIDN'T LEAVE YOUR EMAIL OR IF I HAVEN'T BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN REACHING YOU. Books will be ordered within a week of receiving your mailing address and I'll email you to confirm your win is on its way. Give it a full month before inquiring about the status of an order to allow for processing and shipping time. Thank you!

LOOKING AHEAD TO NEXT WEEK'S GIVEAWAYS:

Wooooheeee! It's the first day of summer and it's scorching hot! And you know what that means! Time to catch up on our reading since it's too hot to do anything else. And there's no better time than now to determine what new books are on the horizon for our summer reading pleasure. And you know what that means, right?

READER'S CHOICE GIVEAWAY WEEK!
SUMMER EDITION

highlighting books being released in
July, August or September 2020

What does that mean exactly?

You recommend Christian Fiction titles with release dates in July, August or September 2020 (up to three suggestions per genre day) and you have a chance at winning one of your recommendations...or, more accurately...an IOU for when the book releases.

BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details listed each day before entering! Each day is genre specific (which means you can only suggest historical fiction titles on historical fiction day etc.) Here's the week's schedule:

Sunday June 21  -- Historical Romance/Fiction -- a full length story or novella or collection of novellas set in any time period before the 1970s. May cross genres such as YA, suspense, Amish etc and may include dual timelines.

Monday June 22 - Contemporary Romance/Fiction -- a full length story or novella or collection of novellas set in any time period after 1980. May cross genres such as YA, suspense, Amish etc and may include dual timelines.

Tuesday June 23 -- Romantic Suspense/Mystery Fiction -- a full length story or novella or collection of novellas where mystery is an important part of the plot. The hero or heroine (or both) are often in peril (more so in suspense.) Can be set in any time period -- contemporary or historical -- and cross genres such as YA, Amish or dual timelines.

Wednesday June 24 -- Amish Fiction -- a full length story or novella or collection of novellas where the hero or heroine (or both) are Amish OR the story has significant Amish involvement through Amish secondary characters and Amish community. Can be historical or contemporary and cross genres such as YA, suspense or dual timelines.

Thursday June 25 - Christian Fiction -- any full length story or novella or collection of novellas. Any genre including previous selections you've made on other days and also for specific genres not covered this week such as Women's Fiction, Science Fiction, Speculative Fiction etc.

Friday June 26 -- Retro Reads -- any full length story or novella or collection of novellas published in 2019 or before. Here's a chance to catch the one that got away!

DRAW WILL BE HELD AND WINNER ANNOUNCED ON

  1. Congrats and happy reading to all! I was noticing that the Carol Award finalists have been announced - some great books and authors. This upcoming week will be a fun and needed distraction, as we look forward to a new "want to read" list!

    1. Oohhh, thanks for sharing about the Carol Award finalists, CC! I'm surprised to discover that, unlike most years, I haven't even heard of a good number of the finalists let alone read them! I wonder if I should have a Carol Award Finalist Reader's Choice Day instead of a Retro Read Day?

  3. Interesting and educational idea - would perhaps require a little more research if you wanted to open that to, say, the last few years of Carol finalists.
