Reader's Choice -- Historical Romance/Fiction

GIVEAWAY

It's time to stock up on your summer reading and that means...

 Reader's Choice Giveaway!

So here's how this thing works: You recommend CHRISTIAN FICTION titles with release dates in July, August or September 2020 (up to three suggestions per genre day) and you have a chance to win one of your recommendations! BUT it's a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details before entering.

PLEASE NOTE: email entries are not eligible this week. :-(

IT'S HISTORICAL ROMANCE/FICTION GIVEAWAY DAY!

To be entered in the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Historical Romance/Fiction genre you would like to win.

Historical Romance/Fiction

A full length story or novella or collection of novellas set in any time period before the 1970s. May cross genres such as YA, suspense, Amish etc and may include dual timelines.

How does it work?

Easy peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section each day and if you win, you win the book you suggested.

BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES!

Publication dates must be
July August or September 2020
Each day is genre specific so
only submit books from that genre
Christian Fiction books only please!
You can offer up to 3 suggestions per genre day
BUT
they need to be made in
three separate comments
(makes it easier for me to tally)
No email entries this week
(too hard to keep track of due to
# of responses)
entrants must submit their own selections
(not piggyback on someone else's  logon)
Open to International Readers
I'm all about spreading the good news about Christian Fiction
all over the globe!!!!!

It's helpful if you include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one of your comments (per day). If you choose not to include your email then it's up to you to contact me if you're a winner.

Draw will held and winner announced on
Saturday June 27 2020

  1. Happy Sunday Morning! Time for Reader's Choice week already? That snuck up on me, but I always have a list going, so here goes! I'm looking for to seeing what ever one finds. Thanks for the fun week ahead Kav, I know these quarterly reader's choice weeks are favorites, like someone opening the library doors and saying pick anything you want! The stuff of dreams!

    1. Ha! It's afternoon now -- I woke up to no internet due to excessive heat. Had to unplug my modem and let it cool down. Poor thing. I don't know how you Southern gals survive the heat!

So, now I'm hyperventilating over that first one on your list. I did not know there was going to be an Ivy Hill Christmas! Eeeep!!! Eeeeep!!! Eeeeeep!!! I still need to read Erica Vetch's first book -- have it on order from Book Depository. I've read good things about it. And that novella collection has some great authors! Happy dancing. Good luck, Tracey!

  4. I didn't pick this book because I'm getting ready to read a review copy soon, but I thought someone might want to pick it with it's great list of authors.

    1. Kav, I also started to put Haunting at Bonaventure Circus, but not sure what genre it falls under. It's a time slip, but in the description it doesn't mention romance. So would it even work on romantic suspense, or contemporary romance, or be categorized as Christian fiction? Bc if it works here, I'm going to pull a switcheroo. lol

      Delete
    2. It's labeled romance on Amazon so may I switch The Haunting of Bonaventure Circus for An Ivy Hill Christmas bc I may get that later for review?

And a new Jaime Jo Wright? Count me in! And yes, it counts because one of the timeline is historical. And it would work in all those other categories too. Good luck, Diana!

I am enjoying going to the publishers' websites and browsing....also looking on Christianbooks. Is it just me or are there not quite as many overall releases, no matter the genre? Would not be surprising with the economic conditions and delays. Thank you so much for this fun and helpful project!
